We are celebrating a beautiful supermoon this month and feeling the beginning shifts of summer into early Fall in our bodies, hearts and nervous systems.
The Mother Earth Drum will make her comeback for this gathering. This is a safe and nurturing space to be yourself and let down your barriers. All bodies and denominations are welcome.

This is the dance of Mother Earth, connecting to our Root Chakra. It is from this chakra that we connect with our instincts. This dance can help us feel more alive and vibrant… more in tune with our bodies and our environment. It helps to find an inner stability and sense of security in our lives. All denominations and bodies are welcome. No dance or movement experience is necessary.

Kate will be offering only two private sessions this time. Session length and exchange vary depending on the individual. Typically the session will be 60-90 minutes in length depending what the body and person requires. Please contact her as soon as possible to set up your time as they fill fast.
